Open plan kitchen-diner

These customers were looking to knock through their existing kitchen wall to create an open plan kitchen-diner. As we had to remove a supporting wall, we installed a new steel lintel to support the ceiling as well as acoustic loft insulation while we are at it, to sound proof the upstairs from the downstairs area. Once the structure was in place, we plastered throughout, installed a Wren kitchen chosen by the customers, and a herringbone luxury vinyl tile oak floor.

As part of our service, we gifted the customers a nice bottle of wine to enjoy in their new kitchen and since we enjoyed spending time with Monty the dog, we got him a new toy too!
